*Reporting System
The Company conducts business activities based on principles of fairness, honesty, integrity, and transparency. To implement the ethical corporate management policy and actively prevent unethical conduct, the Board of Directors has approved the “Procedures for Ethical Management and Guidelines for Conduct”, encouraging both internal and external parties to report any unethical or improper behavior.
The Company has established and announced an independent internal whistleblowing mailbox and hotline on the Company’s website and intranet website. The mailbox and hotline are provided for use by internal and external personnel of the Company.
The whistleblower shall provide at least the following information: I. The whistleblower’s name and I.D. number, and an address, telephone number and e-mail address where he/she can be reached. II. The informed party’s name or other information sufficient to distinguish its identifying features. III. Specific facts available for investigation.
Personnel handling reports shall follow these procedures and provide a written statement ensuring the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity and the report’s content. The Company also commits to protecting whistleblowers from any improper treatment due to their reporting.
