We believe that in the face of climate change, enterprises must not only respond to immediate challenges but also bear responsibility for the environment and society in the long term. Therefore, the Group has integrated climate change and environmental management into its corporate governance framework, continuously implementing sustainability initiatives through a systematic approach.
Since 2015, we have adopted the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and consistently passed third-party certification. Starting in 2022, the Group and its subsidiaries have successively initiated greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory operations, and from 2023, have obtained ISO 14064-1 third-party verification. This enhances the transparency and credibility of our environmental management achievements ( for details, please refer to our website’s homepage > About Us > Recognition of awards ).
In daily operations, our holding company and subsidiaries regularly inventory energy usage in offices and factories. We implement internal energy management measures in compliance with relevant laws and policies, starting with details to gradually improve energy efficiency and reduce the burden on the environment.
On the governance front, the Board of Directors and the Corporate Sustainability Committee jointly focus on and supervise climate-related strategies. The Sustainability Office is responsible for planning and promoting various projects. Each subsidiary implements actions according to its business characteristics and regularly reports execution results to the Board of Directors, ensuring that sustainability efforts continue to advance and deepen step by step.
