利害關係人企業永續發展問卷調查

大眾投控自2022年起成立企業永續發展委員會，並發行「永續報告書」，揭露各面向重要績效資訊與未來規劃。「永續報告書」是企業了解並回應利害關係人的重要工具，其內容包含環境安全、生態和諧發展、社會、員工教育與關照，還有公司經營誠信治理等層面。

為使報告書中揭露之資訊確實回應利害關係人對關切議題的期望，敬請您撥冗約3分鐘時間，協助我們填寫以下問卷，讓我們知道您關注大眾投控的哪些重點議題。

Dear Stakeholders,

FICG actively commit ourselves in sustainable development, and we issued “Sustainability Report” since 2022,to disclose major ESG(Environment, Social & Governance ) information and future plans.
Through Sustainability Report, we can respond to our stakeholders on the major non-financial information.
The contents include Environmental Safety, Social Care, Employee Training and Welfare, Integrity Management, and Corporate Governance.
In order to understand and respond to the stakeholders’ expectations on the issues of concerns, and further improve the information disclosure, we would like to ask your help to spend about 3 minutes filling in the following questionnaire. Your responses will be kept completely anonymous.
