利害关系人企业可持续发展问卷调查

大众投控自2022年起成立企业永续发展委员会，并发行「可持续发展报告书」，揭露各面向重要绩效信息与未来规划。「可持续发展报告书」是企业了解并响应利害关系人的重要工具，其内容包含环境安全、生态和谐发展、社会、员工教育与关照，还有公司经营诚信治理等层面。

为使报告书中揭露之信息确实响应利害关系人对关切议题的期望，敬请您拨冗约3分钟时间，协助我们填写以下问卷，让我们知道您关注大众投控的哪些重点议题。

Dear Stakeholders,

FICG actively commit ourselves in sustainable development, and we issued “Sustainability Report” since 2022,to disclose major ESG(Environment, Social & Governance ) information and future plans.
Through Sustainability Report, we can respond to our stakeholders on the major non-financial information.
The contents include Environmental Safety, Social Care, Employee Training and Welfare, Integrity Management, and Corporate Governance.
In order to understand and respond to the stakeholders’ expectations on the issues of concerns, and further improve the information disclosure, we would like to ask your help to spend about 3 minutes filling in the following questionnaire. Your responses will be kept completely anonymous.
